Personal insurance
Auto, home, condo, renters and umbrella, reviewed together so the liability limits line up and the umbrella sits on solid ground.
Lines
Personal lines
- Auto insuranceLiability, physical damage and the coverages that matter after a collision, for the vehicles your household drives.
- Home, condo and rentersThe house, the unit or the apartment, what is in it, your liability as a resident, and somewhere to live while repairs are made.
- Personal umbrellaAn extra layer of liability, usually $1M to $5M, that sits above your auto, home and other policies for the claim that exceeds them.
Why together
Auto, home and umbrella are one decision.
The umbrella requires minimum limits on the policies beneath it. The home policy's liability section and the auto policy's bodily injury limit are those policies.
Reviewing them separately is how households end up with an umbrella that cannot respond, or a dwelling limit set years ago at the purchase price. We review them as a set, usually once a year and at life events: a new driver, a new house, a boat, a board seat.
Business owners get one more check. If the business and the household share vehicles, space or equipment, we make sure each item is on the policy that will actually pay.

We compare them line by line and tell you what we would change, if anything.
